That's from a Zillow listing for 4267 Roxbury Street, Simi Valley, CA 93063. As soon as I saw the photos, chills went up my spine! I remember watching that movie - NOT in the theatre, since I was pretty young, but on HBO maybe a year or two later. I’m STILL freaked out by it! Not so much the house itself, or even the TV with static...but that clown in the bedroom. Oof.
No mention if the clown comes with the home, but the pool certainly does. SPOILER ALERT: that’s where the problems started, since it was built on top of a burial ground. (At least in the movie. I would hope that’s not the case in real life!)
It doesn't look like they’ve renovated this place since 1983, but hey...maybe that’s your style. No judgement here!
